Fabric and Video - 96" X 23" X 23" - 2003

Patchwork quilt structure which speaks of my grandmother's family that was made up of biological , adopted and foster children. This patchwork family was never considered anything but a traditional family. The videos projecting out of the side of the form onto the wall are old family videos and slides.
